A. It is not illegal, but probably against myspace rules. Creating a fake account in itself does not break any laws, however, if you use the account to mask your identity so you can harass other people, then you would be facing some legal issues. Even then, it is not the account that is illegal, it is what you are doing with it.

Is it illegal to buy firecrackers in another state online and have it shipped to your state?
Q. which doesn't approve of those firecrackers/fireworks because they are illegal? Do the online fireworks sites forbid the sales of illegal forms of fireworks to people that live in states that don't approve of them? What's funny is I see other people in my city using illegal fireworks/firecrackers (bottle rockets, cannons etc), how do they get a hold of these fireworks if they're suppose to be illegal?

A. The law would be that of your municipality or county. Last year the newspapers had a picture of a burned up car at an intersection. The driver of the van thought it would be OK to smoke even though it was packed with fireworks.

A. They ignore the facts as an attempt to make their case stronger. Since no one has a problem with legal immigrants and there is no way to justify NOT calling an illegal immigrant a criminal they make up commingle facts. Sometimes I can not help to wonder if they resent the immigrants that came into this country LEGALLY. You know, some people just want to support criminals.

A. It's illegal to have even one syringe at home if you aren't authorized to have them. Here's section 4140 of the Business and Professions Code: 4140. No person shall possess or have under his or her control any hypodermic needle or syringe except when acquired in accordance with this article. A. If you take their idea and use it, it is not illegal. If they have drawn a specific design or drawing, which they got a copyright on, then it would be illegal for you to copy that design exactly.

Ethanol-burning cars need to be running on a certain minimum percentage of gasoline as well as ethanol. This is not the case in several other countries. How about a game to capture illegal immigrants?
Q. Participants who are not in anyway related to a illegal immigrant would be release in a city or town full of illegals. Then everyone of them would go around and try to find illegals. If they suspect a person is illegal, they would put the person in handcuffs, and send that person back to the roundup area. When the game is over, a person from Immigration could look through them and see who is illegal and who is not, and then send them all back to the country they came from.
